Peanut Butter Fudge

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- Β½ cup whole milk
- 1 Β½ cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ΒΌ tsp salt
- Optional: 2 tbsp butter for extra richness
Cook the Sugar Mixture:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and milk.
Stir constantly until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture comes to a gentle boil.
Boil for 2β3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add Peanut Butter & Flavor:
Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, salt, and butter (if using) until smooth and fully incorporated.
Set the Fudge:
Quickly pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
Smooth the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Cut and Serve:
Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang.
Cut into small squares with a sharp knife.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
