- 20 Oreo cookies
- 3 tbsp milk or as needed

cup cream cheese softened
- 1 β2 tbsp powdered sugar optional
- Optional filling: Nutella peanut butter, marshmallow fluff
- Garnish: Melted chocolate sprinkles, or more crushed Oreos
Crush the Oreos:
- Separate Oreos and remove the cream filling set aside in a bowl.
- Place cookies in a food processor and pulse until you get fine crumbs.
- Add 2β3 tablespoons of milk just enough to form a dough-like texture.
Make the Filling:
- In a bowl combine the Oreo cream with softened cream cheese.
- Mix until smooth. Add powdered sugar if you'd like it sweeter.
Shape the Dough:
- Roll the Oreo dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a thin rectangle ~ΒΌ inch thick.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top.
Roll the Sushi:
- Carefully roll the dough into a tight log starting from the long side.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
Slice & Serve:
- Use a sharp knife to slice into sushi-like rounds.
- Garnish with drizzle of chocolate sprinkles, or crushed Oreos if desired.
