Oreo Sushi is a fun, no-bake dessert twist on classic sushi rolls. Made with crushed Oreo cookies and a creamy filling, these adorable bites are perfect for parties, kids, or anyone with a sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo cookies
  • 3 tbsp milk or as needed
  • β…“ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 –2 tbsp powdered sugar optional
  • Optional filling: Nutella peanut butter, marshmallow fluff
  • Garnish: Melted chocolate sprinkles, or more crushed Oreos

Crush the Oreos:

  • Separate Oreos and remove the cream filling set aside in a bowl.
  • Place cookies in a food processor and pulse until you get fine crumbs.
  • Add 2–3 tablespoons of milk just enough to form a dough-like texture.

Make the Filling:

  • In a bowl combine the Oreo cream with softened cream cheese.
  • Mix until smooth. Add powdered sugar if you'd like it sweeter.

Shape the Dough:

  • Roll the Oreo dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a thin rectangle ~ΒΌ inch thick.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top.

Roll the Sushi:

  • Carefully roll the dough into a tight log starting from the long side.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.

Slice & Serve:

  • Use a sharp knife to slice into sushi-like rounds.
  • Garnish with drizzle of chocolate sprinkles, or crushed Oreos if desired.

Notes

  • Flavor variations: Try adding peanut butter or Nutella to the filling for a twist.
  • Presentation tip: Serve with chopsticks or in mini cupcake liners for a fun touch.
  • Storage: Store in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
