Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups cold eggnog
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup whipped topping like Cool Whip, plus extra for topping
  • Optional: whipped cream and more nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

Make the Filling:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggnog and pudding mix for 2 minutes until thickened.
  • Stir in ground nutmeg and cinnamon.

Fold in Whipped Topping:

  • Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.

Assemble the Pie:

  • Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.

Chill:

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Serve:

  • Top with extra whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg before serving.
