Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless grapes red or green
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice or water
  • 1 box flavored gelatin powder any color or flavor—Jell-O works great
  • Optional: multiple flavors/colors for variety

Instructions

Wash & Prep the Grapes:

  • Rinse grapes thoroughly and pat them dry.
  • Remove stems and place grapes in a large bowl.

Coat with Juice:

  • Drizzle lemon or lime juice over grapes and toss to coat. This helps the powder stick.

Roll in Gelatin Powder:

  • Pour gelatin powder onto a plate.
  • Roll each grape in the powder until fully coated. For a fun twist, try mixing different gelatin flavors!

Freeze:

  • Place coated grapes on a parchment-lined tray in a single layer.
  • Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.

Notes

  • Make ahead: Great for prepping in bulk—store in a freezer bag for up to 1 month.
  • Flavor ideas: Try cherry, watermelon, green apple, or blue raspberry gelatin.
  • Variation: Use sour candy powder or crushed Jolly Ranchers for extra zing!
