- 2 medium zucchinis sliced into ¼-inch rounds
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Optional: ranch or marinara sauce for dipping
Prepare Dredging Station:
Set up three shallow bowls:
Bowl 1: flour with a pinch of salt and pepper
Bowl 2: beaten eggs
Bowl 3: breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and a bit more salt and pepper
