Ingredients

  • 40 mini pretzel twists or rods
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark/milk chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable oil optional, for smoothness

Optional toppings:

  • Sprinkles
  • Crushed nuts
  • Sea salt flakes
  • Crushed candy canes
  • White chocolate drizzle

Instructions

Melt Chocolate:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. (Or melt using a double boiler.)

Dip the Pretzels:

  • Dip each pretzel halfway or fully into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Use a fork or dipping tool for better control.

Add Toppings:

  • While chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with toppings of your choice. For a cleaner look, place them directly on parchment paper before topping.

Let Them Set:

  • Place dipped pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate or leave at room temperature until chocolate is fully set (15–30 minutes).

Serve or Store:

  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. Keep cool to prevent melting.
