- 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 ½ teaspoons almond extract
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup almond flour finely ground almonds
- ½ cup whole milk
- Optional topping: sliced almonds powdered sugar, whipped cream, or berries
Add Eggs and Almond Extract:
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Smooth the top and sprinkle with sliced almonds (if using).
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve:
